These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dakhl platform and services available at dakhl.app.
By using Dakhl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
1. Service Overview
Dakhl provides a messaging automation tool that allows business accounts to create and manage predefined message flows and triggers for their Instagram communication.
All automations and messages are created and managed by the account owner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use Dakhl.
By registering, you represent that you are using Dakhl for business purposes and that all information provided is accurate.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

The accuracy and content of all messages, media, and triggers configured in your account.

Ensuring that your automations comply with Meta’s Platform Policies and applicable laws.

Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Not using Dakhl for spam, unauthorized promotions, or illegal activities.
Dakhl may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or misuse the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Send unsolicited or bulk messages to users who have not initiated contact.

Use Dakhl for harassment, misinformation, or prohibited content.

Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform’s operation.

Reverse engineer or exploit any part of the service.
5. Integrations and Third Parties
Dakhl connects with third-party services (e.g., Meta’s APIs).
By enabling an integration, you grant permission for Dakhl to access and process data necessary for its operation.
Third-party terms (such as Meta’s or payment gateways) also apply when you use their services.
6. Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
You agree to provide valid payment information and to comply with the billing terms displayed at checkout.
Dakhl does not store full card details.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Dakhl.
You retain ownership of your data, configurations, and message content.
You grant Dakhl a limited license to use your data only for providing the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dakhl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You use the platform at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dakhl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dakhl in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using Dakhl at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate Meta’s policies, or misuse the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The latest version will always be available at dakhl.app/terms. Continued use of Dakhl after updates means you accept the new Terms.
